Council of the European Union - Action Oriented Paper on strengthening the EU external dimension on action against trafficking in human beings, (19/ 11/2009- 11450/5/09 REV 5). The aim of the Action Oriented Paper (AOP) is to strengthen the commitment and coordinated action of the EU and the Member States to prevent and fight all forms of trafficking in human beings. This will be done in partnership with third countries, regions and organisations at the international level.
